NETWORK MANAGEMENT FOR NURSING EDUCATION OF FACULTY OF NURSING, RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to discover the network management for nursing education of the faculty of nursing under Rajabhat University by using the methodology of Ethnographic Futures Research (EFR). The researcher selected 15 specialists by purposive sampling. The research instruments were unstructured interview and questionnaires. The data was analyzed by median, interquartile range. Using software packages and content analysis.

The research finding were as follow:

The network management for nursing education of the faculty of nursing under Rajabhat University is 9 issues: (1) network leadership (2) shared vision and goals (3) network management systems and mechanisms (4) common perceptions and perspectives (5) creating mutual benefits (6) building the participation of network members (7) synergies to reinforce each other (8) maintaining a sustainable relationship (9) Effective communication

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทราบการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต แบบ EFR ผู้วิจัยทำการคัดเลือกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ไม่มีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ มี 9 ประเด็น คือ (1) ภาวะผู้นำเครือข่าย (2) การมีวิสัยทัศน์และ เป้าหมายร่วม (3) ระบบและกลไกการบริหารเครือข่าย (4) การรับรู้และมุมมองที่เหมือนกัน (5) การสร้างผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน (6) การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในเครือข่าย (7) การผนึกกำลัง เสริมสร้างซึ่งกันและกัน (8) การสร้างและธำรงรักษาสัมพันธภาพที่ยั่งยืน (9) การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
