The Evaluation of Recreational Green Space for Roi Et Municipality

Abstract

The development of green recreation areas in the community is an indicator for the quality of life of people in the community which is an important component of Livable City where is a recreational green area that enhances the quality of life in the community. People could take advantage the quality of recreational green space that is an important factor for the quality of life in the community. Therefore, author of The Evaluation of Recreational Green Space for Roi Et Municipality. There is to assess the satisfaction of accessing public recreation green areas to analyze the results, propose development guidelines to appropriate for the context of the area and meet the needs of user in community. There are research and data collection, concepts, theories, research paper, criteria, factors and related academic documents to analyze the area and determine criteria for factors that are indicators of satisfaction framework for evaluating the satisfaction of accessing the study area by using the questionnaire from 400 people and interviews related person to analyze data and summarize the results of the study.

According to the information analysis from questionnaire and surveys in the study area, it was found that the aforementioned factors affect access to recreational green areas. The sample group was satisfied with access to the space that supports a variety of activities. Due to there are different problem in the context of the area and the size of the area. In addition, limitations in terms of law are differences from the 3 study areas as a framework for conducting area development, with different recommendations in each area context along with the area context and response user’s need. There are overall suggestions on the distribution of green areas, allowing people to use the recreational green space for maximum benefit is to solve the problem of activity concentration and user density.

การพัฒนาพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการในเขตชุมชนถือเป็นตัวชี้วัดที่สามารถบ่งบอกถึงคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในชุมชน และองค์ประกอบสำคัญของเมืองน่าอยู่ (Livable City) ซึ่งพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการที่ช่วยส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในชุมชนต้องเป็นพื้นที่ที่สามารถเข้าใช้ประโยชน์ ประกอบกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ได้ คุณภาพจึงเป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญจะเป็นตัวชี้วัดที่สามารถบ่งบอกถึงคุณภาพชีวิต จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดเล็งเห็นความสำคัญของพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการที่เป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเป็นอยู่และคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในชุมชน ดังนั้นการประเมินการใช้งานพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการในเขตเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูล รูปแบบพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการในเขตเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด 2. เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจในการเข้าใช้งานพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการ พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาให้มีความเหมาะสมกับบริบทพื้นที่และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ที่เข้าใช้งาน โดยศึกษา รวบรวมข้อมูลแนวคิด ทฤษฎี งานวิจัย เกณฑ์ปัจจัยและเอกสารทางวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์พื้นที่และกำหนดเกณฑ์ปัจจัยที่เป็นตัวชี้วัดถึงความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้งาน เพื่อเป็นกรอบในการประเมินความพึงพอใจในการเข้าใช้งานพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการ โดยใช้เครื่องมือแบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์และอภิปรายผล

จากการวิเคราะหาข้อมูลการสอบถามและแบบสำรวจพื้นที่ศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความครอบคลุม ด้านกิจกรรมที่มีความหมาย ด้านความปลอดภัย ด้านความสะดวกสบาย และด้านความพึงพอใจ มีผลต่อการเข้kใช้งานพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในการเข้าใช้งานกลุ่มตัวอย่างในสวนสมเด็จฯ(บึงพลาญชัย) ในระดับปานกลางถึงมาก สวนเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ (คูเมือง) และสวนสุขภาพคูเมือง – หนองแคนในระดับน้อยถึงไม่พึงพอใจ จากปัญหาทางด้านความแตกต่างของบริบทพื้นที่ ขนาดพื้นที่รองรับกิจกรรม และข้อจำกัดในด้านข้อกฎหมาย จึงนำข้อแตกต่างจากพื้นที่ศึกษาทั้ง 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ สวนสมเด็จฯ (บึงพลาญชัย) สวนเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ (คูเมือง) และสวนสุขภาพคูเมือง- หนองแคน เป็นกรอบแนวทางในดำเนินการพัฒนาพื้นที่โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะที่สอดคล้องและแตกต่างกันในแต่ละบริบทพื้นที่ รวมถึงตอบสนองความต้องการผู้ใช้งาน โดยจะเสนอแนะแนวทางภาพรวมด้านการกระจายพื้นที่สีเขียว เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการกระจุกตัวของกิจกรรมและความหนาแน่นของผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อให้ประชาชนในเข้าไปใช้ประโยชน์พื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อนันทนาการสาธารณะได้อย่างทั่วถึง แต่ในพื้นที่สีเขียวเพื่อการนันทนาการแต่ละบริเวณนั้นจะมีรูปแบบพื้นที่ และกิจกรรมที่สอดกับข้อจำกัดด้านต่าง ๆ และข้อกฎหมายของพื้นที่นั้น ๆ
