การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 3 จำนวน 10 โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 3 จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2.แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ 1) ควรจัดวิทยากรด้านการแนะแนวโดยตรงมาให้คำปรึกษาแก่นักเรียน มีการจัดประชาสัมพันธ์การแนะแนวให้กับผู้เรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ครูควรแนะแนวให้รักและศรัทธาในอาชีพที่ตนสนใจ 2) ควรจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือ – เนตรนารี ให้กับนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อฝึกความมีระเบียบวินัยให้กับนักเรียน ส่งครูและบุคลากรเข้ารับการอบรมสัมมนา การจัดกิจกรรมชุมนุม ควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายและสร้างสรรค์เพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ได้เต็มศักยภาพของนักเรียน 3) ควรจัดกิจกรรมบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ และกิจกรรมจิตอาสาอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีการประเมินผลหลังการจัดกิจกรรม The purposes of this research were to identify 1) learners’ development activities management of school in network group 3 under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) the guidelines for learners’ development activities of school in network group 3 under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office. There were 70 respondents; school administrators and Education from 10 schools in network group 3. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning the management of learners’ development activities based on the basic education core curriculum B.E 2551. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean , standard deviation, and content analysis. The results of the study were as follows : 1. learners’ development activities management of school in network group 3 under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office as a whole and each aspect were at high level. 2. the guidelines to management of the learners development activities of school in network group 3 under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office were 1) should have used expert in guidance to consult for the students and public relation to notice the guidelines continually in believe and interested jobs. 2) should set Boy Scout activities continually, to practice discipline to the students and developed scouting teachers by training. 3) should have set public benefit activities and volunteer activities continually and evaluated after all the activities.
