ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF RATTANAKOSINSOMPHOD BANGKHUNTHIAN SCHOOL

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to know 1) academic administration of Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School and 2) the guidelines to develop academic administration of Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School. The population of this study were administrators and teachers in Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School, totally 163. The instrument was a opinionnaire about the academic administration based on Office of the Basic Education Commission Concept. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and content analysis

The findings of this study were as follows

1. The academic administration of Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School in overall was at high level and each aspect found that 5 aspects were at the highest level, ranking by arithmetic mean ranking by arithmetic mean form the highest to the lowest, there were,: School curriculum development, Educational supervisor, Learning and teaching management in schools, Technology media development and using for education, Guidance, twelve aspects were at high level. When ranking by arithmetic mean form the highest to the lowest, there were,: The development of internal quality assurance systems and educational standards, Measurement evaluation and transfer of grades, Learning process development, Developing or proceeding with opinions on a local curriculum development, Academic planning, Promoting the academic strength of the community, Preparation of regulations and practicality for academic, Collaboration in academic development with other schools and organizations, Textbooks selection for schools, Research for educational quality development of schools, Academic promotion and Support for individuals, families, organizations, organizations, establishments, and other institutions providing education.

2. The Academic Affairs Administration development guidelines of Rattanakosinsomphod Bangkhunthian School were : Educational institutions should participate and play a role in promoting Support the organization of learning processes within the community, exchange knowledge, Select the wisdom and speakers of the community to study in order to benefit the learning of the students. in preparing the school curriculum, Educational institutions should promote and support teachers and learners to use learning resources abroad even more or using knowledge website services or foreign knowledge databases to be used in organizing the teaching and learning process, The research process should be developed. Policy is set Have a work plan Including creating knowledge, understanding and good attitude. or creating incentives for educational research To develop the learning management process and develop the quality of education in educational institutions to be more efficient.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อทราบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนรัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางขุนเทียน 2) เพื่อทราบแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนรัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางขุนเทียน ประชากรคือ ผู้บริหาร และครู โรงเรียนรัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางขุนเทียน จำนวน 163 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนรัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางขุนเทียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดจำนวน 5 ด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา การนิเทศการศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา การพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา การแนะแนว และอยู่ในระดับมากจำนวน 12 ด้าน โดยเรียงค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ การพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในและมาตรฐานการศึกษา การวัดผล ประเมินผล และดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาหรือการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น การวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ การส่งเสริมชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ การจัดทำระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิชาการของสถานศึกษา การประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาและองค์กรอื่น การคัดเลือกหนังสือแบบเรียนเพื่อใช้ในสถานศึกษา การวิจัยเพื่อคุณภาพการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา การพัฒนาและส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว องค์กร หน่วยงานสถานประกอบการและสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษา

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนรัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางขุนเทียน พบว่า สถานศึกษาควรเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมและบทบาทในการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ภายในชุมชน การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ เลือกสรรภูมิปัญญาและวิทยาการของชุมชนมาศึกษาเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ทางการเรียนรู้กับผู้เรียนในการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา สถานศึกษาควรมีการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ครูและผู้เรียนได้ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ในต่างประเทศมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยการใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ความรู้ หรือฐานข้อมูลของต่างประเทศมาประกอบใช้ในการจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ควรมีการพัฒนากระบวนการวิจัย มีการกำหนดนโยบาย มีแผนปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงการสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทัศนคติที่ดีหรือสร้างแรงจูงใจในการวิจัยทางการศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
