อนาคตภาพการบริหารจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยตามความต้องการของชุมชน

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบอนาคตภาพการบริหารจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยตามความต้องการของชุมชน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยอนาคต (EDFR) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 21 คน แบ่งเป็น 7 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้บริหารการศึกษาปฐมวัย ระดับนโยบาย จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มอาจารย์ ผู้สอนสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัยในมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้แทนสมาคมอนุบาลศึกษาแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้แทนองค์กร ชุมชน ศาสนา จำนวน 3 คน และกลุ่มผู้แทนผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าฐานนิยม ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อนาคตภาพการบริหารจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยตามความต้องการของชุมชน ประกอบด้วย 9 ด้าน 118 ตัวแปรย่อย ได้แก่ 1) การบริหารจัดการ มีจำนวน 14 ตัวแปรย่อย 2) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีจำนวน 13 ตัวแปรย่อย 3) การบริหารงานวิชาการ มีจำนวน 25 ตัวแปรย่อย 4) การพัฒนาบุคลากร มีจำนวน 19 ตัวแปรย่อย 5) อาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม มีจำนวน 8 ตัวแปรย่อย 6) การพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยและผู้ปกครอง มีจำนวน 9 ตัวแปรย่อย 7) การตรวจสอบและประเมินผล มีจำนวน 9 ตัวแปรย่อย 8) การส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนา มีจำนวน 9 ตัวแปรย่อย และ 9) เด็กปฐมวัยในอนาคต มีจำนวน 12 ตัวแปรย่อย The purposes of this research were to determine; the scenario of early childhood educational administration according to community needs. The research methodology used Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research. The key informants were 21 experts comprising of 7 groups; 1) policy of educational of early childhood administrator, 2) early childhood instructor from university 3) school administrator, 4) teacher, 5) Preschool Education Association of Thailand, 6) the community delegate and 7) parent. The instruments for collecting the data were unstructured interview and questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were Mode, Median, Interquartile range and content analysis. The findings of the research were as follows: The scenario of early childhood educational administration according to community needs composed of 9 dimensions 118 variables; 1) school management: 14 variables, 2) community involvement: 13 variables 3) academic management: 25 variables, 4) personnel development: 19 variables, 5) building and environment: 8 variables, 6) early childhood and parent development: 9 variables, 7) monitoring and evaluation: 9 variables, 8) promoting network development: 9 variables, and 9) the future of early childhood: 12 variables.
