| Abstract: | This study delves into the application of the Bird-worm Seal Script in modern design, with a particular focus on packaging and product modeling. The research aimed to assess the cultural and historical value of the script and its potential integration into contemporary design aesthetics.
Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study incorporated qualitative analysis, including literature reviews and expert interviews, alongside quantitative data gathered through surveys. The qualitative portion provided insights into the script's artistic and cultural significance, while the quantitative segment measured public interest and market viability.
Key findings indicated that the Bird-worm Seal Script possesses considerable aesthetic and symbolic value, making it a viable candidate for integration into modern design. It appeals to consumers, especially the youth, who exhibit a preference for products that blend tradition with modernity.
Challenges identified include technological barriers and the critical need for a nuanced understanding of cultural heritage to maintain the script's authenticity. The study contributes to the field by offering a thorough examination of the script's modern design applications and suggesting that traditional symbols can be successfully revitalized in the marketplace.
The conclusion underscores the significance of balancing innovation with cultural preservation and points to future research opportunities, such as the exploration of additional traditional elements and the evolution of design methodologies to further enhance the appeal of cultural products. - |
