การศึกษาพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของเด็กพิการทางสมองและผู้ดูแล กรณีศึกษาสถาบันราชานุกูล

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อมุ่งเน้นการศึกษาพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อย่นระยะเวลาจาการทำเก้าอี้งานเปเปอร์มาเช่ ลดขั้นตอนที่ใช้เวลามากๆ ออกไป และนอกจากนี้จะศึกษาเพื่อลดต้นทุนโดยใช้วัสดุที่มีอยู่ในท้องตลาดโดยใช้ไม้เป็นวัสดุหลักเพราะไม้เป็นวัสดุธรรมชาติ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาเด็กพิการทางสมองรวมทั้งแนวคิดของผู้ดูแลรวมทั้งอุปกรณ์ช่วยต่าง ๆ ในสถาบันราชนุกูล 2) เพื่อออกแบบพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของเด็กพิการทางสมอง 3) เพื่อทดสอบการใช้งานของเด็กในสถาบันราชนุกูลโดยศึกษาความพึงพอใจจากผู้ดูแล การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ดำเนินการโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ดูแลเด็กพิการทางสมองในสถาบันราชานุกูลซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง นำผลที่ได้มาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาและออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของเด็กพิการทางสมอง พิจารณาความเหมาะสมจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่านพิจารณาแบบร่าง จากนั้นนำมาพัฒนาปรับปรุงและสร้างต้นแบบ เพื่อนำไปศึกษาความพึงพอใจจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ จากการวิจัยพบว่า ผลจากการประเมินความพึงพอใจจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากสถาบันราชานุกูลที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบในภาพรวมพบว่า ด้านประสิทธิภาพและความสวยงามของผลิตภัณฑ์ ไดคาเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยได้ค่า x = 3.18 รวมทั้งส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน S.D. = 0.76 จากการออกแบบครั้งนี้ทำให้ทราบว่าการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีขนาดเหมาะสมกับสรีระเด็กต้องคำนึงถึงความแข็งแรงและการรับน้ำหนักควบคู่กันไป ถ้าสามารถพับผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ เพื่อประหยัดพื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บ และสะดวกในการเคลื่อนย้าย ผลิตภัณฑ์ทำจากวัสดุไม้ โดยเน้นไปที่ความแข็งแรงและความสามารถในการ รับน้ำหนัก และเลือกใช้เบาะหนังเป็นส่วนห่อหุ้มหรือรองรับตัวเด็กเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดอันตรายจากการสัมผัสโดยตรงของเด็ก This research aims to focus on the product development; to shorten the time for making a Paper Mache chair, which can shorter the work procedures. Moreover, the studys purpose is to reduce production costs by using existing material in the market; especially using wood as the main material, which is a natural material. There are 3 main objectives, which are; 1) to study the Moronity children’s behavior and create solutions, which assist them in gaining body balance and follow a routine habit, 2) To create and development a product design to facilitate the daily life of Moronity children to be more effectively and appropriately uses for children, and 3) User satisfaction testing for the proposed design This study is a qualitative case study; conducted by interviewing the caregivers at Institute Rajanukul obtained this result by sampling. This results were used to guide the design and products development to assist in the daily operation of aphasia and were considered the appropriate usage by 3 experts. Then, using this appropriate usage result to make a prototype. After that, made the satisfaction survey with 5 experts to analyses the average and percentage. Research indicates that the results of the satisfaction of experts from the Institute Rajanukul on the underlying product overview found. The performance and aesthetics of a product. On average at a high level by the x = 3.18 and standard deviation S.D. = 0.76. From this study, found that the product and design should be considered both stability and weight load at the same time. The product should be able to fold to save storage space and easy to move. Making the product by wood; focusing on the stability and weight load ability with leather up history for the children to prevent any harm from direct exposure.
